Solo dining is usually fine. Food is good. Plenty of different things to try. Wifi/cell signal on site can sometimes be spotty so using QR code to pay doesn't always work for me.

BJ’s was honestly a mess. The smash burger came out raw on the inside—not just pink, actually undercooked. On top of that, we waited over 30 minutes for food that clearly wasn’t even done right. Service was just as bad. We asked FOUR times for to-go boxes and never got them, our waters stayed basically empty, and no one checked on us. The “manager,” Amanda, was rude, hovering, and didn’t fix anything—just made the whole vibe worse. She wouldn’t even give us to-go cups. Overall, slow service, careless food, and terrible management. Not worth it at all.

Today's service was exceptionally slow. I dont know what went wrong or there were promises kids there or what... We got there around 7pm tonight. Waited for our table for what seemed like 30+ minutes.. we didn't get a table until 745pm.. and only after we asked the front desk person a couple times.. we got to table and waited more. We didn't get to order and receive our food (Caesar salad) until 8pm.. kid ordered mini corn dogs+fruit, I ordered crispy Korean style chicken sandwich, and a Sante Fe Salad. The black cherry soda was out today also.. so we ordered 2 root beers instead. The food was just okay. They used to shave their parmesan cheese for the Caesar Salad.. but not anymore. Also the food took A LOOONG time to come out despite what we ordered.. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt in that their slow service was caused by kids coming in for their prom dinner etcetc.. this time's experience wasn't the greatest...

I wanted to like the RibEye, but it was watery. I was disappointed in the taste. There was more flavor in the vegetables than in the steak itself. I had the steak cooked medium, and they did a great job on it; however, the steak looked watery on the other end. The chicken wings weren't the best, but they were decent. Good but not great. I wish for more sauce flavors, and the taste has way too much seasoning than the actual chicken. The service was great. I still wish that server would know the best options on the food menu. The ribeye wasn't it at all. Overall, I give this food location a 6.7 out of 10.

Grace was wonderful to my friends and I! She made sure the drinks were always topped and cared about the quality of the food. She was also very knowledgeable on all of the food items which made it easy for me to feel comfortable ordering something different.
